WARNINGS: 1. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected for the eastern parts of the Northern Cape, central karoo district of the Western Cape, extreme south-western parts of the North-West province, western parts of the Free State, and the western and central interior of the Eastern Cape. 2. Gale force north-westerly winds of 65km/h are expected between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas mid morning into the afternoon. 3. Heavy rain is expected in places over the Cape Metropole, Overberg and south-western parts of the Cape Winelands District. 4. Localised urban flooding is expected in places over the Cape metropole, Overberg, and the south-western parts of the cape winelands district. Watches: nil. Special Weather Advisories: 1. An intense cold front is expected over the western CAape and western parts of the northern cape from Tuesday evening spreading to the Eastern Cape on Thursday. The public and small stock farmers are advised that snow on the highgrounds, heavy rain, localised flooding, rough seas and very cold conditions can be expected. 2.
