WARRRIORRRRRS! Top mission for today: Who can take the best photo of the NEW floor in the front room of the school?! Post it on FB, share, like and uhhhh make it cool. Winner gets movie tickets when I get back. Also, if you see Jamie Baughman, give him the biggest pat on the back for coming through this past weekend. Guy was as sick as a dog and had doctor verified pneumonia in his left lung, AND he still got the job done! Thats warrior spirit right there. Ill return soon, but for now Im done training over 12 hours of Muay Thai with a very motivated Ajarn Chai. Its off to the beach to work on my shaka and small weight curls. - Joe
