WATCH OUT FOR JUDGE ELECTIONS WITH THIS LATEST SCOTUS RULING Not that this should come as a surprise but yesterday the Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision struck down all limits on campaign donations... what does that mean? On a national level all the money going into elections will increase tremendously, but its locally where u need to be concerned.. Because so many people are dependent up on and believe what they hear and see in corporate media a group like the Koch Brothers can sink a few million dollars into a city council election or more importantly they can sink millions into a judge election even if they dont live in the area.... When money is sunk into a political campaign, its not about TV and radio ads..Its also used to dress up a candidate and embed him/her into the minds of folks at every turn.. Social media, sporting events, churches etc.. It takes money to do serious make overs and dress up and thats where you will see a lot of this money spent locally.. Candidates will be made up so you are seduced by them while they do the corporate bidding..Much of that money will come afar.. This ruling is happening just as many are realizing the flaw of only focusing on national elections around Obama while state houses all over the country went HAM with all these crazy laws suppressing folks.. North Carolina is a perfect example where u see this happening.. Folks are now ready to vote locally just as big money can now pour into those elections.. The best way to ensure that certain backward policies stay in place for decades is to stack the deck in terms of judges.. So watch for money to be poured into those elections or into elections where folks appoint judges. Expect those judges to be uber corporate friendly.. The battle wont be around social justice, itll be about who is beholden to corporate interests ranging from bankruptcies to privacy/domestic spying matters ..Think about whats going on around TPP.. and youll will see why this is of great concern.. Also expect a lot of Black and Brown front groups to either have their visibility increased or to be created.. This corporate money will now go into sponsoring dinners and pageants for Civil Rights groups and other advocacy outlets who in turn will turn a blind eye to corporate moves.. We see that with education as Walmart has a Black front group pushing for charters while taking apart public schools.. Another example is how Comcast went and honored Black law makers in congress, gave a few folks access on the airwaves and next thing you know Black lawmakers are quiet or pushing support for a Comcast/ Time Warner merger.. We also saw this with Net Neutrality as CBC members were rewarded with jobs to hand out in the district, computers for schools in exchange for allowing telecoms to gut Net Neutrality which by the way was decided by a judge... This new ruling will allow hush money to be spread about without secrecy and now legally.. Heck half the stuff found in the recent cases around Leland Yee are now legal under this latest ruling..
