WATER WELLS: TRANSFORMING LIVES OF RURAL COMMUNITIES In the past 15 years, Muslim Charity has constructed over 500 water wells in countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Kenya and Somalia. A deep water well fulfils the needs of 100 to 150 households and sometimes more and in most instances the water is also used for agriculture and livestock. These photos of recently constructed deep water tube wells are taken from the mountainous region of Mianwali District in Pakistan and have changed the lives of local inhabitants. We pray Allah (most high) rewards our generous donors who have contributed towards these wells.
