WAUW! Its so crazy - I know....but my curiosity for buddhism, meditation, meeting new people and in LIFE, now brings me now to NEPAL. Ive just received this beautiful mail from the KOPAN MONKS MONASTERY that they have accepted me on the 30 day meditation course in nov-dec ❤️ Through cultivating an awareness of our present conditions we gain an understanding of the nature of our dissatisfaction and unhappiness, the causes of these states of mind and how we can overcome them. We can then direct our energy to deal more effectively with any situation, be it positive or negative.The different topics that are presented in this course, such as karma, rebirth, mind and its functions, etc will be examinded from various perspectives, analyzing their profound meaning as well as explaining their day-to-day applications in a normal Western life. It is an excellent introduction to the theory and practice of Tibetan Buddhism as well as an opportunity to touch base with the root teachings, and deepen ones understanding
