WAY TO GO TED BILDEN! Carrboro 45, East Chapel Hill 12: Trai Sharp scored three times in the first quarter to lead Carrboro. Sharp scored on the Jaguars’ first play, a 71-yard run, and followed with touchdown runs of 21 and 25 yards. He had 13 carries for 186 yards. East Chapel Hill’s Amier Austin had 184 yards on 23 carries. Carrboro received several big plays from lineman Theodore Bilden. On two plays in the second half, Wildcats quarterback Brater Gerber dropped back and was quickly under pressure, and both times tried to get rid of the ball quickly.
