WAYNESBORO CITY COUNCIL will be meeting on Monday, June 10th, at 7:00 PM, in the City Council Chamber, at 503 West Main Street. Among the agenda items are: 1) A public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit to allow an application to put a manufactured home on property at 1625 A Street, in the Philippines neighborhood, and 2) Consideration of adopting a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the Economic Development Authority for a Bank Qualified debt with Sunnyside Retirement Communities. [This second item is a resolution that has not followed the standard procedure of being introduced at one City Council meeting and holding the vote for adoption at the second City Council meeting. The only public hearing was at the Economic Development Authority meeting, which nobody from the public attended. The public should be wary, whenever an item is handled this way by the City of Waynesboro.]
