WDP has been working with the City of Austin to ensure the rest breaks ordinance construction workers won in 2010 is enforced and that workers complaints are addressed. Weve made huge progress in creating systems that make this ordinance is effective at reducing heat- and fatigue-related injuries and deaths in recent months, and are excited to see how these systems work as summer construction picks up!
