This position seeks a hard working individual to help recruit and mentor Agents. This individual must be a leader and mentor, quick on their feet. Position: The Managing Director will hold a key role on the GZ Brokers team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Compensation: Competitive salary base, plus bonus compensation. Job Objective: Recruit, interview and hire new Real Estate Agents. Provide immediate response and support to agents and clients in the office on a daily operational basis, including leading training and mentoring.
