WE ARE UPDATING OUR FREESTYLE GROUP TRAINING TIMETABLE: Power Optimise explosive power output, and enhance athletic performance. This workout focuses on short, but heavy and/or explosive work intervals and longer rest periods. Body weight movements are performed at pace and with big range – there are plyometric options given for those that want a challenging, advanced option. This Wednesday 21st May we will be holding special FGT taster sessions between 6pm-8pm. This is great opportunity for you to get familiar with the different training equipment and movements you’ll experience in Freestyle Group Training No booking is necessary its on a first come basis until we reach the maximum amount of participants.
