WE CAN LIVE A LONG, HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE BY DANCING AND SINGING OUR HEART OUT AND SOUL At any age we can have a a strong and flexible body but to achieve extreme flexibility we must possess very flexible joints and we must keep a very relaxed and thin body muscular mass (at old age we do loose some of a muscular mass), as opposed to a tense and athletic one. But that is not the only way to be healthy and happy. The secret of longevity is due to a mixture of genetic predisposition and having achieved complete fulfillment, in any possible way. Meditation and daily yoga practice can play a part in achieving that but a stress free holistic, ethical life style, veganism and fasting can also play a vital role in order to achieve a biological/mental balance. In my view, dancing, singing, laughing, joking, playing outside, skipping like children, rolling downhill, deep breathing in nature, embracing (trees, humans, animals), loving ourselves and others, are all essential for achieving much inner/outer peace + joy and live a very happy, long, wonderful, radiant life.......
