And the answer- YES Under that condition eventuality they assembled 20 potential teachers of history and they take the potential 20 teachers of history to London and there theyre briefed into what is expected of them; when & if they secure appointments in keeping with the doctorates they will have earned. That 20 become the nucleus of The American Historical Association.
