WEATHER-ADVISORY: 1/2 WEATHER BULLETIN NUMBER ONETROPICAL CYCLONE ALERT: TYPHOON NENENGISSUED AT 11:00 AM, 03 OCTOBER 2014The Typhoon with International Name PHANFONE is about to enter the PAR and will be given the Local Name NENENG. LOCATION OF EYE/CENTER: At 10:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon Neneng was located based on all available data at 1,385 km East of Itbayat, Batanes (22.5N, 135.1E). STRENGTH: Maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph. MOVEMENT: Forecast to move Northwest at 20 kph. FORECAST POSITIONS: Typhoon Neneng is expected to be at 1,180 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by tomorrow morning.
