WEDNESDAY, JULY 10 ON THE TBS: Integrity amounts to incorruptibility; adherence to established codes, respect: it is honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s action. It is a value that everyone needs, no matter one’s educational or social standing. No doubt, our country, especially after the sounds of AK47 were suppressed, is highly deficient in “integrity” and there are calls on Liberians to cultivate the habit of upholding integrity in everything we do. Garswa Matally is a Liberian; an author, a public speaker and a pastor based in Kentucky, USA. He is here on campaign to promote the value of integrity and he has agreed to sit with us and talk “integrity”. (2) Pressing national political discussions will never seize to prevail on this platform. As politics becomes a point of interest for many Liberians, politicians have accelerated the pace in talking to and hearing from the people. No politician is wise unless his thoughts and position on issues are effectively communicated and explained and the media stands as a bridge between the people and politicians.
