WEDNESDAY night at the house, London band MONUMENTS make a stop on their US Tour, with a great bunch of tour mates. AND theyre driving from Georgia. Also playing: POLYPHIA, VILLAINS, LIONFIGHT, and CHORDER. MONUMENTS, from the UK, are an exceptional progressive metal band with soaring vocals combined with heavy riffs, technical riffs, and catchy tunes, on Century Media Records. This extremely rare US tour is coming through the Warehouse as the band promotes their new album The Amanunensis, and the band will follow this headlining tour with a tour opening for ANIMALS AS LEADERS. A very rare opportunity to see this band in a small venue. youtu.be/QZFovTnjGio POLYPHIA, from Texas, is n Instrumental Progressive Rock band touring to support their recently released full-length, Muse. Again, like Monuments, stellar musicianship highlights this bands songwriting and technical abilities. youtu.be/tv7Hyz4hqm0 VILLAINS, from Illinois, are a drop tuned hardcore band with brutal breakdowns and harsh vocals. A crowd pleaser for the hardcore kids. Kind of the odd man out on this tour. youtu.be/B-PiEa45nIw LIONFIGHT, a Chicago-based band that claims the description of nu metal / energy rock, have played The Warehouse on a previous tour, and are super guys and a heavy groovy band. youtu.be/T5rlXAyEYmM CHORDER is from Rochster MN, and Dakota Testa is their drummer-for-hire at the moment. We figure if Kodie is playing with them, theyve got to be good. DOORS open at 5:45pm so that we can wrap up the show by 9:30ish. Tickets are $15, but you can save a buck by bringing a non-perishable food item for WAFER Food Pantry! warehouserocks/091714.html Tickets
