WEDNESDAYS ARE RECIPE EXCHANGE DAYS! Like our page so you dont miss any recipes - great for kids, dinners, lunch boxes, snack ideas - and HOLIDAY BAKING!!! Cinnamon Biscuits - so incredibly devine, you must make these with the kids (a little mess but good process for kids to help with) 2 eggs 1/2 cup olive oil 3/4 cup caster sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups plain flour, sifted 1 tsp baking powder, sifter 2 tsp ground cinnamon, sifted Extra 1/2 cup caster sugar Extra 2 tsp ground cinnamon Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until thick and pale. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon and gently stir to combine. Combine extra sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough in to balls, then roll in sugar mixture and place on baking paper on oven trays. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
