WEEK 4!! How did YOU do during week 3? Mine could have definitely been better! I felt a little blue this week, I didnt hit my workout goal and with it being my birthday, my eating was less than awesome.. BUT --> today has been a great day and Im already back on track! - I shared my runza recipe in the comments of week 3 - My sleep was pretty good with the exception of Thursday night - My BMR is 1521.77 - Bonus Challenge was completed today and it seriously kicked my booty! Much needed ;) *Thank you to everyone who shared recipes, they all sound delicious and youve contributed to helping others eat healthier!! ;) WEEK 4 GOALS!! Its Thanksgiving week, lets do the damn thang! 1) Take some time to reflect on what youre thankful for! Im going to be completely cliche but its true - I feel incredibly lucky and thankful when it comes to my: - My Family, who I am incredibly close with and love SO MUCH - Mark, who understands me better than anyone and loves me unconditionally - My friends who are always there for me - My clients who are also some of my close friends and trust in me to better their lives - My job and co-workers - I LOVE what I do and the people that I get to be around on a daily basis 2) Get a workout in/be active on Thanksgiving Day! It can be quick and simple, it can be with your family, it can be going for a walk - do SOMETHING! Heres a quick at-home/traveling workout so you have no excuse ;) -100 Jumping Jacks -100 Squats -50 Push-up -50 Sit-ups -20 CF Burpees 2-3x through! 3) If you are preparing a Thanksgiving meal ~ offer at least 1 healthy dish, if you are attending a meal at someone elses house ~ take a healthy dish! Veggies, fruit, a clean version of a Thanksgiving dish that you love, etc! Were having it at my moms this year and we usually already have fruits & veggies so Im going to take some pumpkin protein muffins from Source. EAT FIT. I already bought them and theyre in the freezer! :-) They each have 130 cals, 8 g pro, 15 g carbs, 4 g fat. Im contemplating on if Ill take something else as well!
