WEEKEND SPECIALS at P³ Artisan Pasta are: Burgundy-Braised Short Ribs served over a house-made pasta of your choice. This lovely and fulfilling dish pairs well with one of our newer wine offerings, William Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. This Central Coast wine has a rich palate of dark fruit flavors with subtle hints of caramel & cocoa. The Sonoma fruit gave this wine its blackberry & black cherry flavors, while the Lake County fruit brought tremendous structure and presence to the blend. Another great partner to the short ribs would be our Bowtie Barbera dAsti~ grown in the hillside vineyards near the picturesque town of Asti, Italy, this Barbera is bright and fresh with flavors of spicy raspberry & red cherry. Chef Alex Q. will also be serving his seasonal Gluten Free Pumpkin Ravioli, which are naturally but mildly sweet and dressed with a light brown butter & sage sauce. A marvelous match with another Italian selection Primitivo Poggio Basso this fine wine is a taste of jam, blueberry, black pepper, cherry, plum, boysenberry, cranberry & licorice and on the nose bears candy, vanilla, oak, smoke, tar, musk & mushroom- this is the Mother of the Zinfandel grape.
