DRINKS : Black coffee, Green Tea, Juice without Sugar & Skimmed Milk. DON’T EAT : Banana, Mango, Fried Food, Potato, Beef, Mutton, Oily Foods. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER ( 4 TO 5 LITERS)
