WELCOME TO A GREAT YEAR OF GODS ESTABLISHMENT....BLESSED NEW YEAR MY DEAR FAMILY. As we quickly approach yet another new year, I cant help but reflect how fast time has gone. The older you get the faster the years fly by. How are we spending or investing our lives? We only have one life to invest or spend.... I was pondering the other day....that we are moving toward our designated date that we stand before our Heavenly Father. To some this seems like a day so far away in the far distant future , almost as if it will never come... Yet life has a way of marching on, moving us ever so close to that special date with Father God. We ALL my friend will stand in the very Holy throne room of God and gaze upon the beauty of The Lord and give account. What will He say to me on that day... This is a reoccurring reflection of mine. If you know me... You know I tend to speak or write from the heart, please let me share with you today a piece of my very heart... Jesus is NOT just a painting on a wall or dramatic story in a book... He is NOT a mystical character like Santa Claus, Father Time, Zeus or Superman. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords! He also can be known! In fact, He is more real than you or I and He wants you to know Him more intimately this coming year. His eyes are so full of tender love for you. You may feel unclean when you try to imagine this. You may even feel your life falls so very short, but........ I can see the scarred hand of our Precious Lord tenderly reaching out to you. I see the tears of compassion as He weeps for you. His teardrops fall gently upon your head as you lower your eyes afraid to even meet His gaze. The foul smell of your past may have lingered upon you when He lifts your chin, but with eyes full of love He looks deep into your soul and says these amazing words... “You are my child! Follow me with ALL your heart...I will give you a new beginning....for I am your Father Time is short, your days on this Earth are numbered.... Dont squander your precious moments you have left. The curtain will close before you know it, but today I see The Lord Jesus reaching out to you and gently calling your name.......wooing you closer to Him in 2015. I want to know this remarkable Jesus, He has kindly forgiven me of every sin and gently heals EVERY wound.....I love Him so much! He calls me His Child and is making all things brand new. As difficult as it is to believe.... He desires to be our closest friend and light our heart on fire with the very presence of God. Can you feel His love for you right now? Does your heart burn from within at the very sound of His voice? Do you sense His nearness, for He is standing right beside you even now... Time is so very very short... We all will stand before our living God.... Chose to kneel before Him as a close friend. Let the tears freely flow from a heart branded by His love. Its not to late to begin again. Its NOT to late to pursue God, and It is not to late to be that friend of God. Start 2015 fresh, clean and ready. Behold, He makes ALL things new! Lord consume my friend reading this with the very HOLY presence of God, let your burning eyes light them on fire for you! I love you with all my heart. Blessings- Pastor Mark ❤️
