WELCOME TO OUR NEW TRIAGE DIRECTOR, SHAWN JONES! Shawn Jones, SFC (USA Retired), MSW, LCSWA As the number of people reaching out to us for help increases, we have made the next crucial step in our growth. Shawn Jones will be a much-needed member and leader of our organization. A Veteran of both Air Force and Army, Shawn deployed four times in his Army role to Iraq and Afghanistan. Shawn received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in military studies from Troy University and his Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and a sub-concentration in Military Social Work and Veteran Services from University of Southern California. He will lead the creation of our Contact Center and the strategic formation of our case management system for our Assessment, Triage and Followup model of care. WELCOME SHAWN! We could not have moved to this next level without the support of our donors who keep our organization thriving. Shawns hiring marks our second hire of the year.
