WHAT DO YOU NEED REST FROM? Heres one readers answer to this question I posed on my site today: I need rest from cooking. I’m so mentally exhausted from having to come up with dinner ideas and grocery shopping. We say laundry is never ending but at least we get five days in between to rest but when it comes to dinner it’s never ending unless you go out to eat which is hard finance with three kids. I say to my self all the time. “I wish I didn’t have to cook tonight” What about you? What do you need rest from? Surely you need the cooking break, too. Like the rest of us.
