WHAT IS RAPE? Before destroying the source of rape everyone must have a clear idea about rape... Is forcefully intercourse and physical torture only defined as rape? In this case the wounds of vagina and signs of physical torture is the medical proof of rape.. That can be determined scientifically.. . But what if there is no physical torture., no force at all applied? Leagally there are many versions of rape.. 1. If a girl is blackmailed and bound to do physical relation it is rape.. 2. If a girl is drunked and out of her mind or unable to protest at the time of unwilling physical relation, it is rape.. 3. In a live together if girl is promissed to be married and her partner ditch her, it is rape... . Lack of clear idea makes the things easy for rapists..
