WHAT IS SOCIETY SEVEN? We have been called many things. Such as Gear Heads, Mod Monkeys, Car Crazies, or just plain old enthusiasts. We could be called all these things however none of these can define us completely. The simple truth is, we are a group of unified individuals dedicated to sharing our experience, knowledge and passion of the street scene with one another as well as our community. We are a family. Every day, we grow with each new member making us more diverse as a whole. !!!WE ARE SOCIETY SEVEN!!! (I) THOU SHALT BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER. (To be a member of Society Seven means attending meets and occasional get togethers regularly. We understand that everyone’s schedules are different. However showing effort and your zeal for the group is a requirement. Finding time to have a good time with your piers should not be too hard.) (II) THOU SHALT MOD THINE RIDE. (While society seven respects all types of vehicle modification, we do have certain standards for our member’s vehicles. Offensive, tasteless or just plain whack mods may prevent you from being a member of our group. If you question whether you fit in this category, you can always ask one of Society Seven’s Administrators as well as our First Lady {Minty}) (III) THOU SHALT RESPECT THE DERIVER AND THEIR RIDE. (This is not a club. We as Society Seven are a family. And as such we will give each other as well as each other’s rides the utmost respect. At no point in time is it okay to harm or endanger someone else’s ride. If you give respect, you will be given respect, Period.) (IV) THOU SHALT REPRESENT WITH HONOR AND PRIDE. (As we grow, we hope to achieve a reputation of being a legitimate group of individuals that is respected in every community we reach. Always be respectful of other groups or clubs and help make the name of Society Seven one that will be admired.) (V) THOU SHALT RESPECT THINE ELDERS. (Each member of Society Seven has been chosen because they have made a commitment to each other and have taken the necessary steps to abide by the guidelines set before them. There are individuals here that have knowledge about each genre of the car scene and have already seen and done things you’ve maybe only dreamed of. Respect their knowledge and experience. A wise man once said “It is better for one to listen to understand than to listen to just respond. If you hang around and listen, you just might learn something new.) (VI) THOU SHALT NOT ACT A FOOL AT MEETS OR FUNCTIONS. (As a member of Society Seven, you must present yourself in a respectable and mature fashion. Excessive revving at meets, doing burnouts or donuts, instigating arguments or confrontation is strictly prohibited. We also realize that we can’t stop anyone form street racing however you must do that on your own time and not while representing Society Seven. Our goal is to “Break necks, not laws.”) (VII) THOU SHALT HAVE FUN. (With all things taken into consideration, do not forget the most important guideline Society Seven requires of its members. You must have fun. We are a family that thrives on the friendship and comradry of its members. However, just like any organization made up of different individuals with different backgrounds, opinions may differ from time to time.
