WHAT WOULD YOU DO... With an extra $256, $372, $683, $1,301, $2,056, $5,672 or $59,125 a month coming in -- month after month? If you want stats on what people REALLY earn at Rodan and Fields, were happy to share them with you... Just like with the before + after pictures, we want to introduce you to real people with real results... And we like to share! Imagine yourself somewhere between Average and a High Level II. That is where I’m tracking and its only taken me 5 short months to get there. I promise you that if I can do this, SO CAN YOU! I didnt know the first thing about skincare a few months ago... BUT, I know people. And I interact with new people everyday... From the deli to the subway to the coffee shop to the lobby of my apartment building... There are so many people around me with SKIN! Holy cow! I cant seem to escape it! SO, YOUVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT... WHATS HOLDING YOU BACK? I just listened to the most inspiring call and I am not even close to ready to going to sleep... All of these new friends and mentors teaching me so much about business and discipline and, well, myself... Im SMILING tonight and I want to share this with as many people as possible. 1. Not a sales person? Thats okay! This isnt a sales business. This is a people business. If you like people, and like to share about things that you love, you will be successful. (And PS: I hear people with the least sales experience do the best! Teachers, doctors, stylists, full-time moms... No resume required. And you cant get fired - lol). 2. Think your friends and family won’t buy from you? One of the things Ive learned in my business is to never make up someone’s mind for them... Believe it or not, my closest friends and family were NOT my first customers. 3. Not a big Facebook user? That’s fine, too! The best way to share about something is to talk to someone face to face. Facebook is a great tool for educating people about our products, but it’s not a requirement for being successful... Nor are parties! But both can be fun... You can work this business to fit your schedule and your favorite forms of communication for work + play. 4. Think you’re too busy? While I am NOT bouncing a baby on my lap as I post this, I can totally relate to being busy. I was worried about this very thing when I started -- which caused me to delay and postpone and avoid the calls from a friend that knew I could rock this if I just listened (Sorry, Tory!!!). In fact, after signing-up as a consultant, I pushed this off to the side for another 2 months because I felt that it was somehow better to do nothing than do too little and I didnt want R+F to distract me from my other obligations... HOW SILLY OF ME! All of that lost time... Do you have 3-5 hours a week to devote to something new? If so, you could be like Jena Kravitz who spent that much time per week working her way up to Level V. On average, successful consultants spend 10-12 hours per week working their business (thats a little under 2 hours a day on the high end). One consultant that I know works R+F from 8-9 AM and 9-10 PM Monday thru Friday. She doesnt go on Facebook or respond to email in between those hours... Another consultant I know ONLY works R+F when her kids are napping our asleep. If theyre up, shes off-the-clock. Those are her rules and shes her own boss. 5. Think the products are too expensive? When you break down our regimens, each bottle is approx. $18 - $19 per month. And our products contain the highest levels of pharmaceuticals that you can use without a prescription... All that while being backed with a 60 day money back guarantee so that your friends and family and friends of friends can try them out risk free! Whether you’d like an extra couple hundred a month or a few thousand a month… We really should talk. If its not for you, I bet theres someone you know who could use a little boost... This company is SO MUCH MORE than a paycheck. #sofun #skincareandstyle
