WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SANSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE GALAXY GEAR WATCH!!! The charging dock works intermittently. I purchased the watch at Verizon, so I brought both the watch and dock back to the store where I purchased it. They told me the watch was fine, that they had heard there were problems with the dock, and all I needed to do was contact Sansung and they would replace the charging dock at no charge because my watch is still under warranty. Unfortunately, when I contact a representative from Sansung I was told i needed to ship both the watch and the dock back for it to be repaired/replaced. After spending almost 2 hours signing up on the web, and finding out how to contact customer service I was quite upset and just purchased a new dock. The watch is fine... the problem is intermittent. I know enough about electronics to know problems that are intermittent are more difficult to resolve than hard failures. I would have had no problem returning your defective charging dock back to you once you sent me a new one so I could continue to use my watch!!! I really love the watch, and up until this experience told people it was great!! My tune is different now. Everyone I talk to now will know two things about this watch... One, theres a problem with the charging dock, that I learned when I returned to the place of purchase with both the watch and dock, and Two, you might as well buy a spare one right up front because even though the watch is fine, you have to return both the watch and the charging dock at your cost to get the defective part fixed or replaced. Finally, since your writing guidelines clearly state you wont publish anything that comments about customer I will on Facebook!!!
