WHATS IN YOUR CLOSET? It may not be enough in your wallet or purse, to hold the Truth about ourselves. However, when we come to Christ to drink, what we drink is TRUTH-not dry, lifeless, powerless truth, but TRUTH soaked with the life-giving Spirit of God! The WORD of promise and the POWER of the SPIRIT are the living water held out to us for our sins and sins to come. TRUTH without emotion produces dead orthodoxy and a church full(or half-full) of artificial admirers. On the other hand, emotion without TRUTH produces empty frenzy and cultivates shallow people who refuse the discipline of rigorous thought. But TRUE WORSHIP comes from people who are deeply emotional and who LOVE DEEP and SOUND DOCTRINE. Strong affections for God rooted in TRUTH are the bone and marrow of biblical worship. IF I TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT ME, THERE WOULDNT BE ENOUGH ROOM IN YOUR WALLET TO HANDLE ALL THAT I CARRY, AND ALL THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR OWN CLOSET...I AM THANKING GOD, BECAUSE HE CARRY NO WALLET...THEREFORE, JESUS CAN HANDLE WHATS IN MY CLOSET AND YOURS! So let US continue to WORSHIP God in Spirit and in Truth...So that our worship is not in vain, because we are releasing things to God, in which we can no longer carry. MAY THE WORD OF GOD LIFT YOU UP FROM DESPAIR and BROKENNESS!
