WHATS THIS THING CALL MENTAL HEALTH? I am very sure every Liberian will agree that Mental health is a serious health issue of many Liberians within communities in and out of Liberia. I am also sure that we all agree that the major cause or origin of this national health crisis is rooted in our turbulent past. I dont want to delve into that past here, this post is all about getting us to know and share all that we need to know about this literally contagious national health crisis, from a therapeutic perspective. Please be my audience or whatever. My scope of knowledge and understanding of this subject has led me to assume that we are on a very serious educational journey that has a potential to transform our communities, a journey that will be rewardingly successful.
