WHATS YOUR PERFECT LUNCH? Since 2005, mine has been sitting by the pool, under the hot sun in Santorini, eating a big Greek salad... Perhaps with chicken souvlaki on the side. Well Im currently by the pool, in the hot sun, eating an African/Greek salad. Its a big, quality Greek salad laced with cubes of slow cooked peri peri chicken. I know my Greek friends will be crying blasphemy Francine Ensor, but I gotta say, dam!! This is the 2nd time an African remix has surprised me. 3weeks ago a chicken curry replaced rice with tiny, rice-sized slivers of cucumber and tomato, and replaced yogurt by covering it with fresh banana. So I ask again, whats your perfect lunch?
