Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. James 4:10,11 NIV We often dont make a big deal of slandering each other; yet its offensive to God! When you slander ur brethren in wrongful judgment, you come against the law in judgment; thereby not keeping the law but judging it! How can God be pleased with you then? Hmmm! Be careful how you relate to your brethren so you will not offend God! Help us o Lord in Jesus Name. Amen!!! Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? Why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble? The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined. For the wicked boasteth of his hearts desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth. Psalm 10:1-3 NIV It appears that God is hiding when were facing hard times and it seems like forever; however, dont stop calling out to God for help at such times, because God is around the corner, closer than you can imagine. Hell come through for you in Jesus Name. Amen! The wicked act boastfully and contrary to Gods Ways to their shame and impending judgment!!! The highway of the upright avoids evil; he who guards his way guards his life. Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be lowly in spirit and among the oppressed than to share plunder with the proud. Proverbs 16:17-19 NIV The upright shun evil, even as they guard their ways and as such guard their lives! The end result of pride is destruction and a fall. Its better to be humble and low in spirit but amongst the oppressed than to partake of the largess gathered by the proud! God opposes the proud and gives grace to the humble!!! An angry man stirs up dissension, and a hot-tempered one commits many sins. A mans pride brings him low, but a man of lowly spirit gains honor. Proverbs 29:22,23 Anger and hot temper bring forth no good. Pride never exalts a man; but rather diminishes mankind. However, honour awaits a man with lowly spirit and humble. God is just; He favours the humble and lowly in spirit over and above the proud who can never please God!!! Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 5:6-11 KJV So you want to be high and lifted up? Then humble yourself and God Will remember you in due season to lift you up! Take heed of the word of God! Suffering is not necessarily a bad thing like some people preach; for it leads to much strengthening! Sobriety is good for your faith; make the best of being sober! Put all your troubles before the Lord; He Cares and Will Deliver you from all your troubles if you will trust and hope in Him. Lord keep us trusting in you in Jesus Name. Amen!!! (41) Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. (42) And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Acts 2:41-42 God adds to His own Himself; man does not need to help God in this regard. Concentrate on doing and obeying the Will of God! Only God can cause people to receive Him and His Word gladly.
