WHEW!!!!!! what a weekend.... went to Pittsburgh to do my thing! Met up with my teammates Jm , Frank, Rob, Adam and Tony to bring you the best coverage of this awesome event. Big thanks to JM and Jim Manion for taking care of me for the weekend. Friday was pretty chill at the sing ins and the meeting.... afterward I made it to The Wyndham Hotel bar where I met up with my buddy Michelle Johnson and we were joined by Ifbb Pro Shawn Hektor-Lewis and Emcee extraordinaire Bob Cicherillo for dinner and some fun convo..... On Saturday morning it was time to make it over to the venue for prejudging...... It was an awesome time and a great competition featuring the best of the NPC and IFBB and the best of the best were on hand as guest posers.... Phil, Victor, Ramy, Branch, Kai and Dexter brought the house down.... The pro bikini division featured some of the most beautiful women to grace the stage, Amanda Latona, Janet Layug Ifbb Pro, Stacey Alexander Ifbb Pro, Yeshaira Robles and Francine Slobodnik Ifbb Pro to name a few.... I bounced all around taking candids, helping with interviews and catching up with friends and meeting new ones. These shows are GROWING which is a great testament to the ever growing popularity of the sport of bodybuilding.... but when you work these shows time flies and next thing you know you havent eaten in 12 hours and going on very little sleep.... so after the show it was off to the hotel bar where I hung out with Frank Sepe and Rob Robert M Evangelista and we chewed the fat about some funny stuff... always fun hanging with these guys..... then THE PERSIAN syndicate consisting of myself, Sousan and Marjan hung out at the bar with Mr. Olympia Phil and laughed til about 330am just crackin each other up talking about anything and everything.... I think my jaw hurt the next morning..... in the morning it was time for Phil and I to head over to meet up with J.m. Manion to shoot Phil and Victor doing an arm workout at Manions gym.... once that was over it was over to JMs studio to shoot the Real Housewives of Pitt for Muscle and Fitness Hers where I helped JM with some video coverage..... once it was all said and done I was EXHAUSTED and made the 2.5 drive home as fast I could..... once here I had 7 beautiful dogs and 7 cats excited to see their daddy home.... I had the sleep of the Gods last night and now its back to the grind. Just wanted to thank everyone for making my job fun this weekend. Peace!
