For the second consecutive year — and the 12th time in the past 14 years — Anheuser-Busch has earned one the most coveted of U.S. advertising honors, winning according to USA TODAYs consumer-judged Ad Meter for Super Bowl commercials. OUR OPINION: Why was this so popular? Based upon advertising trends, feel-good content is king (even over humor). The use of the hashtag #bestbuds was genius and sparked many conversations on Twitter. It was a complete Brand Ecosystem and did the job perfectly. Congratulations to everybody involved in this campaign and we encourage others to learn from its execution.
