WHITE BURGER BUNS: (Low Carb eats & treats recipe - I had posted my version about 2 months ago and it seems to have done a facebook disappearance :( and I never wrote it down on actual paper) 200 ml almond flour 2 eggs 75 ml full fat yogurt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon coconut flour 1 tablespoon psyllium husks A pinch of salt METHOD: Preheat oven to 190c. Beat eggs until frothy. Add yoghurt and beat well. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to swell the ingredients. Divide equally to make 3 buns using a metal cutter - 9cm diameter -( see attached photo)- Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds and bake for 20-25 minutes. I added cheese in mine, I remember that, I used Buttermilk as I had no yogurt and I cant remember anything else. Place batter (after resting) into the large metal rings to get the shape or just put into rounds on a baking sheet. I floured it slightly as well as my hands to help.
