WHO ARE YOU HANGING WITH? Do not be fooled: “Bad friends will ruin good habits.” Come back to your right way of thinking and stop sinning. Some of you do not know God—I say this to shame you. (1 Corinthians 15:33, 34) Well, well, well! This is something I know is a fact! My mom use to say that if you hang around stinky stuff long enough, you will begin to smell like it (those were not her exact words, but I am keeping it clean). Sometimes, though, we want to be friends with some people so much that we compromise our character, our morals, and our values just to be a part of the crowd. We start doing, acting, and saying things that are in total contradiction to our Christian values. You know, sometimes its not just friends that cause us to taint our values-sometimes its family members. So, until we know for ourselves how to love Christ, read and honor his word, we will continue to sin and fool around with these toxic people. Christ wants us to come back to the right way of thinking. WHO ARE YOU HANGING WITH?
