WHO SAID WE LOST?! Yes, we did not win any award; but we won something bigger. Hell to all the awards! We won the experience, a lifetime experience! We did not participate in GC LAU Model United Nations for awards, nor for scholarships; we partook in the program to make a change and Im so sure that the 10 delegates aided in changing the world. The change the program made in you is a change to the world !! It might be the end of the GC LAU MUN 2014, but its only the beginning for something bigger, something greater. You may not join the GC LAU MUN, and you may not go in it again. But it will remain in you. The feelings, the hope, the courage, the desire in changing the whole universe to what is believed to be better, its a part of your soul now, and youll carry it with you wherever you go and till the rest of your life, youll always be the ambassadors of peace, justice, and unity, it is what I believe you are. They say humanity, I say it flickers in your eyes, and it will only arise with you! You young peeps have the power to change nations, so do not bite your tongue. The whole world belongs to you! You are the winners!! I thank you for making this year an amazing one, you made a change in me and I hope I influenced you. I salute you my delegates, my students, you were great, you are great and forever will be! But mostly, I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart my partner, and one of my closest friends Nour , and thank you big much the best SR coordinator Miss Nadia Itani and the greatest woman of all time Mrs. Dunia Khalil we couldnt have done it without you!
