WHO THE HELL DOES THIS FELLA THINK HE IS????? John Aster 2 hrs · .Well, Family Court was very interesting today. The mother of the child absolutely abused me for having public interest in the case. Lets just say it put her in disfavour of the Judge. The Judge today wanted to initially ignore a Point of Law given in relation to the case. When the Judge saw that I stood up and did speak, she tried to stop me from speaking. I had Public Interest in the case, and now told the Judge that next time she tries to excommunicate a member of the public having public interest and wanting to make an intervention, that she does not say there is no such thing when under common law, otherwise there may be a video on youtube in relation to her pigheadedness for which she would have to observe anyway so either way I do get my point across especially when they wish to pretend I cant. It ended up that there is no way either to mother or father should be allowed to communicate for which is my suggestion and it is suggested that a Carbon Copy book is purchased and any instructions or issues are to be written in the book. The mother wanted the change overs to be done outside of her home. NOT a good idea. The mother after abusing me outside the court room (I have never met the women), then attacked the grandmother of the child and it all happened when the mother had realised that I was friendly to the head of security and where he was laughing when the security guard saw me in the court building and asking me what case I was reviewing, the women flew off the handle. When someone has public interest and where both parents failed including the Childrens Lawyer failed to ensure that a public place in camera to ensure that both parents do not open their mouths towards each other, otherwise they might affect the child to have a potty mouth like Judge Demack has. This Judge however did see reason, and did decide to deal with matters of law, and did observe that if she did not that she would have been forced to recuse herself from the court room. It seems the Judge also has realised as to who I was when other court staff came and visited her. Her whole demeanour changed. It actually was civilized communications. I am sure she observed also that the amount of court cases over 9 years has and is enough to drive someone to yelling point. The judge listened. Now since the child was allowed to get her own way her grades as I suspected have suffered and where the days off school have increased dramatically. The Childrens Lawyer needs to understand that she is not the lawyer for the child or she would have to visit upon the child for carrying out what the child required of her, she is their only for the interests of the child. There is a difference and she must observe her boundaries. Later today, a lady having no understanding of the law spoke to me in relation to her child where her ex husband tried to run over her new partner in his car (and did) when exchanging contact with the child. Her stupid lawyer did not want to bring it up as it was a criminal investigation. I told her to say to him that if allegations can be written having no evidence to confirm or deny then why would he not communicate that there is a serious criminal investigation and while a person has sustained a prolonged injury and that by failing to communicate it would or could put the child at risk. She was told to say it in this fashion and said that if he did not say anything to the judge that the man over there (pointing to me) has public interest why the child was in fear of her father and present in the court room, also and where the child did not wish to have any contact whatsoever and was over 12 for which the children. It ended up the idiot lawyer decided that it would be of interest to bring it up in the court room. Some of these lawyers are as thick as a brick. It seemed that he did want to deal with instructions given to him instead of being a dickhead in front of another judge. Anyways next time the Judge will remember me. They all do.
