She is also an exceptional leader because she has taken the time to gain knowledge in all areas relating to her job. She understands the values, mission and objectives of every position she occupies. As a leader, she knows how to deal with authority and do not allow it get to her head. She is humble, friendly and very accessible. She relates with everybody regardless of their social and economic standing without losing her authority and respect.
