INDIAN CULTURAL NIGHT: Every year, on 26th January, University celebrates the Indian republic day, by organizing Indian Cultural night, where Indian students perform dances, stage dramas, group songs etc. The Indian cultural night is so popular that, every year audience of around 1500 people attends it. LOW COST, FURNISHED HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION: Students of BSMU do not require living in private expensive accommodation. Rooms on Campus are available to students. All Hostel rooms are furnished. 2-3 sharing rooms. All rooms are equipped with bed, mattress, pillow, blanket, desk, chair, room heaters and suitable lighting. STRICT DISCIPLINE AND CODE OF CONDUCT -- MENTAL PEACE FOR PARENTS: BSMU gives high importance to student behavior. A very strict discipline is followed in the University and Hostels. Parents can stay relaxed (carefree). Students activities are closely monitored and regular reports are sent to representatives and guardians. Student’s punctual class attendance is compulsory. Involvement in offensive and ill- health activities is prohibited.
