Jan 17, 2014 ACT ON THAT DREAM II Ezekiel 12:23 ...“The days are at hand, and the fulfillment of every vision. God does not consult with anybody before putting a dream in your heart so He doesnt expect you to wait for the approval of people before forging ahead to fulfil that dream. God put you at the vantage point by bypassing others to show you the vision directly. Thus, you cannot expect that others will have the same reaction to your dream as you have. God doesnt consult you before He gives you an assignment nor does He check with your neighbour before calling you. If God didnt consult with your friends and neighbours and with everyone else who has talked down at you, why then do you go to them for validation? A lot of dreams are tied down because people are looking for validation. This is not to say we do not need people to help us fulfil our dreams. There are certain people we must be wary of. They are the people who know what is wrong with everyone but themselves. They are spiritual detectives who know the reason you are where you are but do not know why they are where they are. If God doesnt check with them then why do you allow their disapproval prevent you from chasing your dream? As Christians, we will have to come to the point where we forgive people and forget what they have said about us. We have to stop being mad at people who do not believe in us. We have been given spiritual binoculars by God so we cannot expect those looking at our dreams with bare eyes to see the same thing we see. We have to stop acting the way people are relating with us and start acting as the champions we have been created to be. In the type of society we live today, it is important that we are firmly rooted in the knowledge of who we are and what we have been called to do otherwise, the disapproval of others will define us. CONFESSION: I know who I am! I am Gods representative here on earth therefore I always have divine direction. I always know what to do! PRAYER: I am an answer to my generation in the name of Jesus.
