RA114 ***************************************************************************** COMPLAINT Winonah Winkfield , by her attorneys, hereby files this suit against the above named defendants and in support thereof states as follows: FACTS 1.That the Plaintiff is a resident of Oakland, California. 2.That Defendant Childrens Hospital & Research Center Oakland is a childrens hospital providing medical services to the citizens of Oakland and has its principle place of business located in Oakland , California. 3.That Defendant Childrens Hospital & Research Center Oakland, is a childrens hospital providing medical care to the citizens of the State of California with its principle place of business located at 747 52nd St, Oakland, CA, and is wholly owned by Childrens Hospital & Research Center Oakland. 4. That all remaining defendants are medical providers providing medical services in the State of California and at the time of the alleged medical malpractice herein were all employees/agents/servants of Defendants Childrens Hospital & Research Center Oakland and were acting within the scope of that employment/agency/servant relationship when they failed to follow the applicable standard of medical care during their treatment of the Plaintiff on or about December 9, 2013 which proximately resulted in a physical injury to the Plaintiff. Its starting folks!!! I dont think CHO has the balls to escape liability.
