WIlson County Schools with the help of the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings during NC OAH SEC Contested Court Case 13-EDC-07545 allowed Rachel Hitch , Attorney @ law to do to Pro se Representative who had no attorney Representation do to Rep her or her daughter Megan Cook because of the misconduct criminal at best among other by the WCS during said case. Rachel Hitch alleged the Prose Rep harassed by communication her clients WCS employees whom the case was filed against and the Prose Rep has denied the allegations and asked for any evidence which almost 9 month now none has been provided, nor any charges filed. How can an attorney during a case prohibit their opposing party from communication with the person (s) the case was filed againt. That not legal or fair due process!!!! but the judge assigned to the case and the court that covers him allowed it!!!!!! and it has resulted in the child the case was filed on behlf to be denied a NC Public School education by WCS for 2 consecutive years now and as such as an elementary aged special needs individual whom is African American she has continued to receive no education at ALL!! in the state of North Carolina!!!! and they call that justice!!! I think not!!! what you think!!!
