WOD 40 min total Warmup (10 min elliptical) Main set....you´ll need a resistance band (RB). tight it to a solid pole or something 1.5m from the ground... work woth a comfortable resistance, walk further, closer or sit down lower in the floor to get more tension. 50sec working out 10sec REST (50/10) -Lateral leg rise (25 sec each leg) -Arm lateral T rises to fron taises (RB) -Pushup walk (walk in pushup position: left, right, forward, backwards) -plank jacks -Crawl stroke (RB) -Row (RB) -T arm close (stand with your back to the RB and close your arms straight) -Abs -Arm curl (RB) -Around the world lunges (lunge lateral, front, back... then the other side) -Deadlift (RB) -Pull (RB) -Cobras (lay on your stomach, put your arms next to your ribs and arch your back, look to the sealing and close your elbow to each other to increase tension in the back) -rest REPEAT 3 TIMES TOTAL!!!!!!
