WOD for 24th July - This is the start of a 6 week Strength program focusing on the technique of these two lifts. Please see the website for further information. crossfitwestdublin STRENGTH - - Snatch – 75% x 1 x 3 - Clean & jerk – 70% x 1 x 3 - Snatch pull – 90% (of snatch) x 3 x 3 - Snatch deadlift – 100% (of snatch) x 3 x 3 - Front squat – 75% x 3 x 5; follow each set immediately with 3 box jumps WOD 12 Minute AMRAP 5 Front Squats @ 40kg/60kg 10 Box Jumps 10 Wall Balls 6kg/9kg POST WOD 3 PLANK HOLDS, 1 Minute on, 30 seconds off This will be done in your own time after class.
