WOD for Monday 4/28/14 1. Warm Up 2 Mobility (quad mash, couch stretch) 3. Strength: 5,5,5,5 then drop weight to 60-70% 1 rep Max and complete a Max effort single set 4. WOD 1- 4 RFT: team of 3 -200M Row to 200M run to rest. (Once first athlete is off the row and to the run, next athlete jumps on the row, and then 3rd athlete. When athlete returns from run they rest until row is open. This is a sprint!) 5. WOD 2-10 Min AMRAP of: -4 Power Cleans (185,110) -4 T2B -4 Wall Balls *Power Cleans stay at 4 each round but T2B and Wall Balls increase by 2 each round
