WOD for Warriors is a 30 minute long strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, muscular strength, cardio-vascular endurance, and flexibility. Using a changing mix of aerobic exercise, body weight exercises and some weight lifting, it will include constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Allowing you to burn the most calories possible in 30 minutes, whilst increasing your cardio fitness and overall strength.
