WOMAN, THE FUEL ON WHICH LIFE RUNS. In a woman you can find LOVE UNCONDITIONAL, PEACE, STRENGTH, POWER TO FORGIVE AND TO FORGET AND THE POWER TO ENDURE ALL KINDS OF SUFFERINGS. A woman can endure to the last. A woman is capable, for the sake of peace, to lose her life. These attributes cause a woman to do all that is in her power to let peace reign. Many of the victories of peace in conflicted areas have been and are being engineered and produced by women, though they are not recognised. A woman gives unconditional love, peace, strength and forgiveness. Because of this a woman deserves to receive unconditional love, to experience peace, strength and forgiveness in her life. A woman brings hope, joy, love and peace in her family. A woman is brave. A woman is an open book but sadly, many men refuse to read and learn from that book and the few who do, do it at the expense of a woman. When a woman is educated, has all the necessary global information and resources the world becomes a better and safer place to live. In a nutshell: A woman is the fuel on which life runs. I dedicate this to all women who have worked to bring peace in their homes, towns, communities and countries without being recognised in any form. Women, who have been mistreated, ignored and killed for their efforts in making their families and or communities a better place to live. Women all over the world, especially in Africa and particularly in Sierra Leone. Women like Zainab Bagunra of Sierra Leone, Leymah Roberta Gbowee of Liberia, Winnie Madikizela–Mandela of South Africa, Mª Louisette Santos of Cape Verde, Abedech Taferra of Ethiopia, Fatou Janah Mboob and Fatou Waggeh of Gambia, Radia El Azzouzzi of Morocco, Flora Maria Pinto de Magalhaes of Mozambique, Lesma Goramus, Magdalena Kaanante, and Anne Thandeka Gerbhardt of Namibia, Leontine, Elizabeth Diouf Keita and Mª Hellene Mendy of Senegal, Zainab Ansell, Leila Ansell and Naila Majid Jiddawi of Tanzania to name but a few. Women you can hear very little of but have and are putting their little mustard seed to make this world a better place to be. Not forgotten those who have depart. I love you all and never give up on what you know how to do until you are able to succeed in your dreams. The barrier of men should not cause you to throw in the towel. When your children grow up to see what you have done and doing, they will continue with the fight for equality and justice for a woman. May God almighty continue to see you through and may He continue to embrace you with His unconditional love, so you can give more and more to your children and this world. Thank you ladies, you deserve the best. By Princess Kumba Koroma
