WORD FOR TODAY- YOUR BLEEDING IS OVER The word transition has been so strong in my mind and heart the last few weeks, I am totally convinced that there is something that God is doing in people’s lives and he has been speaking to me to encourage you not to give up yet even though you can’t understand what is happening right now in your life. As I did my devotion today God begun to speak to me about the woman with the issue of blood, the woman had bled for twelve good years, she had her menses that never stopped, I can imagine the woman with cramps every day of her life for twelve years. Her issues instead of getting better they escalated to worse. Based on the Jewish culture people never associated with women when they had their periods, so no employer could employ her, her husband if she had any could not touch her so her issues moved from just health to financial and emotional. She was in a total mess. The issues of this woman were too private and personal just like so many people are going through very personal issues that you can’t even share with a pastor, you can share with a counselor, how do you tell your pastor that your boss has been molesting you, how do you tell your guy or girlfriend how you were raped got pregnant and aborted, they will judge you. All that has happened left you crying and weeping alone in the private place, I know everyone thinks you are fine, you smile all the time at the reception of your company, you look amazing in that suit and a slim tie and no one can guess the bleeding that is happening in your most core area of life. People think you are okay because you lead worship in church, no one can guess that behind the curtains, behind the lifted hands and beautiful worship is a broken girl or gentleman. Your kid just did her class 8, you have no hope whether they will be joining high school or not, the job that you had ended over the December holiday, everything that you have been trying to do has hit a dead end, they just cut off your electricity and you are not sure whether the house shall be paid at the end of this week. I understand everything is a mess right now and its not even the best time to encourage you. But this is what God was ministering to me this morning, when the woman cried and continued to bleed, in her state of hopelessness, some news came that JESUS was passing by in that town, she made up her mind that when Jesus passes by her pain will pass with him, she desired not to talk to him but just to touch the hem of his garment. Today God sent me to say the bleeding stopping Jesus is passing by, I know so many people will be surging around him but it’s a great opportunity for you to touch the hem of his garment, I want to announce to somebody that has tried all means and failed that today they can try the hem of the garment of Jesus, it does not matter the size of the crowd around him, your hand of faith can touch him right now and the bleeding will stop. Come on just stretch that hand of faith and touch him right now, I know your issues have moved from health to wealth and emotional, your family is bleeding, your finances are bleeding, your everything is dying off, Jesus is here today and the bleeding is stopping right now as you touch him through faith in Jesus name. JUST STRETCH YOUR HAND AND TOUCH HIM AND BEGIN TO GIVE THANKS RAFFIAN SAMUEL
