WORD OF THE DAY: regift A word that I learned just yesterday has to do with a very popular activity during Christmas: giving gifts. However, if you look closely, you will see that the word is not to gift, but to regift. Does the re prefix give you any hint as to what the word mean? Yes, thats right! Regift means you give away the gift(s) that you receive from somebody to somebody else. There are a lot of reasons why people regift, but not everyone thinks regift is ok. Personally, I think regift is undesirable but inevitable sometimes, and I myself have regifted a few times. Have you ever regifted in your life? What do you think about regift?
