WORKOUT #3: Just a bit of cardio for your morning! And like one of my fave fitness trainer says, More cardio, less lardio! This one is intended as a great warm-up to any strength-training workout. With all these short workouts, I suggest you do them more than once or piggy-back them with other videos I post. Your goal is to get in at least 20-30 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week, but shoot for 5 days. // Cardio workout, song is Hit the Lights by Jay Sean.
