WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!! (Thursday for my Aussies :)) If youre looking to burn a few calories today give this HIIT circuit a go! Perform 100 jump rope between EVERY exercise. If you dont have a jump rope you can pretend! Beginners here are some modifications for you: 1. Bodyweight Squats 2. Bent Knee V-ups 3. Alternating Forward Lunges 4. Push Ups on Knees 5. Burpees - no push up And as always, I want to hear how you did!!
